Every campaign that’s open
Real decisions with a date attached, and an organisation named on each one. What you’ll actually be doing, how long it takes and what it pays are on the card before you open anything.

What do these mean?
- Battle
- More things you want than there's room for. Something goes.
- Choose
- A call you have to make, and what it rules out is on the screen.
- Map
- Put a marker on somewhere you actually know, and say what happens there.
- Spend
- Something that runs out — money, points, votes — and choices that cost you something.
- Build
- Pick the big thing first, then fit what's left around it.
- Create
- Make something of your own, and see what others made.
- Debate
- Talk it through with other people, rather than into a form.
- Review
- Walk through something already drawn and say what works, what does not, and what you would change.
- Show
- Show them instead of telling them, from wherever you are.
- Track
- The same plain question as last time, so the change is the answer.

These narrow what you see and nothing else. Every campaign on this page is open to you whichever chips are on. No screening questions, and nothing to sign up to first. Whether your answer is useful comes out of what you say, not out of a filter at the door.
Everything here is a worked example: built by us end to end, with invented organisations, so you can walk a whole campaign before one is open near you. Nobody is collecting it for a decision.
Youth Programme Fund 2027
- Battle
Every programme on the list has asked for money and there isn't enough for all of them. You say what stays funded, with the cost of each one in front of you.
Route 412 night service
- Choose
- Spend
There's money for a twelve-month trial of later buses, and it can only stretch so far. Later, more often, or a different corridor: you pick what it buys.
Sandpiper Reserve master plan
- Create
- Choose
Ten years of the reserve are being planned from scratch, and the plan is being written this year.
2 separate decisions, one after the other. Each has its own timeframe and its own promise.
Ashenden youth budget 2027
- Battle
- Spend
Six things the youth budget could pay for, and one pot to share between them. Divide it up, and see what every dollar you move takes from somewhere else.
Kellerton evening and weekend buses
- Map
- Battle
The evening bus contract is being re-let, and the timetable that comes out of it will run for years. Show where you can't get to after dark, then choose what a fixed number of bus hours should buy.
2 separate decisions, one after the other. Each has its own timeframe and its own promise.
Beachfront court resurfacing
- Choose
- Battle
The court at the beach is being resurfaced over winter, and there are four ways to do it. What it has to be able to do decides which one gets picked.
Ridgeway youth events 2027
- Choose
- Spend
Next year's programme has room for six events and one budget for all of them. Pick the kinds of event worth running, and where the money should go on each.
Ashenden Aquatic Centre concepts
- Choose
- Build
Three concept designs for the rebuilt centre, and money for one of them. Pick the concept, then choose what fits around it with what's left.
School holiday program 2027
- Battle
The holiday program costs more than the money left for it. Say what stays and what goes, and whether the money should be spent on holidays at all.
Kellerton youth voice review
- Choose
- Battle
Council is choosing how young people get a say for the next four-year term. What the model is for, and whether taking part is paid, are both on the table.
Closed, and what came back
A campaign does not disappear when it stops taking answers. It stays here with the date it named, and what came back — or the fact that nothing has.
- Reported back 30 June 2026
What does the youth space have to do to be worth having?
The space opens in September with long opening hours and a quiet room, and without the kitchen.
What didn'tThe kitchen stayed a kitchenette. A full kitchen came third on the list, and it needed $70,000 and a grease trap the building cannot take without work council cannot afford.
Your campaign could be on this page. Bring us the plan you already have and we'll turn it into something young people will actually finish.
